Oluchukwu Udemezue Esq., is the Head of Practice and Lead Counsel at O. L. Udemezue & Co (Lex Divina LP). He was called to Bar in 2010. He also obtained an LLM in the Department of International Law & Jurisprudence of Nnamdi Azikiwe University. He is a doctoral student at the same university.

He has conducted over 100 cases/appeals at the High Court and Courts of coordinate jurisdiction and has conducted over 30 appeals at the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He specializes in Constitutional, Property and Real Estate Litigation, Energy and Corporate Practice. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Pan African Lawyers Union, Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria as well as the Institute of Conciliators and Mediators of Nigeria.

Obiora Michael Okeke is a distinguished legal practitioner and associate partner at O.L. Udemezue & Co. He earned his LL.B from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, in 2012 and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus, upon completion of which he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013.

Mr. Okeke is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and has held several leadership roles within the legal community. He served as Secretary of the Young Lawyers Forum, Awka Branch, and was also the Secretary of the Anambra Law Students Association during his time at the Abuja Law School campus. His dedication to community service is evident in his role as Legal Adviser to various communities on customary disputes and communal pre-litigation negotiations, and he continues to provide strategic legal counsel and advocacy.

Chisom Ndukwe is a Senior Associate and the Head of Criminal Litigation and Law Enforcement. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. She is an ardent practitioner and has interest and experience in areas of Criminal Law, Law Enforcement, and Property Law and her vast knowledge on these areas includes but is not limited to Legal Research, Drafting, Advocacy and Case Management. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Law.

He is currently pursuing dual Masters degrees: an LL.M in International Law & Jurisprudence at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, and an M.Sc. in Criminal Justice Social Work at the University of Stirling, United Kingdom.
